A local bakery in Manama is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as a professional baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes. The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Handle raw ingredients with care and adhere to proper food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of ingredients and supplies needed for baking

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a professional baker in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional baking methods, techniques, and recipes
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary or Baking degree from an accredited institution
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience with inventory management

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
