We are a busy bakery in Salalah, Oman seeking an experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bakery setting and be skilled in various baking techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings or fillings
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for taste, texture, and appearance
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and other ingredients used in baking
- Ability to read and execute recipes accurately
- Experience using commercial ovens and other bakery equipment
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bags of flour

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
