We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Baker to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of fresh breads and pastries according to our recipes and standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for various breads and pastries
- Bake items according to specified recipes and standards
- Decorate pastries with toppings or fillings as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary
- Ensure all products are baked fresh daily and maintain quality control measures
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker is required
- Must be able to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and baking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred)
- Must have a valid visa (or be eligible for one) and willing to obtain a residence permit if necessary
