Entry Level Barista

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Entry Level Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in an English speaking environment without prior experience. This is a great opportunity for 12 pass individuals interested in starting a career in the coffee industry.

As an Entry Level Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. Your main duties will include taking orders, operating coffee machines, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this position should have good communication skills in English and be able to work well under pressure. Prior experience as a barista is not required as we provide comprehensive training for all our employees. However, candidates with previous customer service or hospitality experience will be given preference.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Our working hours are flexible and include morning, evening, and weekend shifts. We offer opportunities for growth within the company based on performance.
