Administrator for a Construction Company in Jizan, Pakistan
We are hiring an Administrator for a Construction Company in Jizan, Pakistan. This is a full-time job opportunity with a salary of 1200$. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, organizing files and documents, and preparing reports.
- Maintain company records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in Urdu. No English proficiency is required for this job. The successful candidate must be able to work full-time without accommodation.
