Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Hawalli, Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing teams of workers, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and be familiar with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage teams of workers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait
