Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. You will use your creativity and knowledge of flowers to design arrangements that meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Your attention to detail and ability to work with different types of flowers will ensure that each arrangement is visually appealing and long-lasting.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and requirements for floral arrangements
- Design and create arrangements using various types of flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers while staying within budget
- Arrange flowers in a visually pleasing manner, considering color, texture, and balance
- Ensure all arrangements are completed in a timely manner for delivery or pickup
- Maintain the freshness and quality of all flowers used in arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns from clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer unique and modern designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care requirements
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Time management skills to meet deadlines for multiple orders
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on your feet while arranging flowers

Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free)

Location: Al-Kuwait (Candidates from India preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (3 months)
