Job Title: Sales Manager




We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports for management review

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license
