Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, transport materials within the job site, and maintain the equipment in good working condition.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders to move materials around the job site
- Load and unload materials onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution
- Transport materials within the job site using the loader
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating the loader
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading schedules
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Loader Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Ability to operate different types of loaders safely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of routine maintenance and troubleshooting for loaders
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one in Al-Kuwait
