Temporary Waiter in Nizwa, Oman


We are currently looking for a Temporary Waiter to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours and visa sponsorship available.

As a Temporary Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also important for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and promotions
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Oman with visa sponsorship available
