We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. This position is ideal for Indian nationals who are seeking an entry-level role in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, such as invoices and delivery orders
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and any potential delays or issues
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records accordingly
- Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process and suggest solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with logistics software systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
