In this role, you will assist the senior management in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, handling reservations, and assisting with budgeting and financial tracking.
