Caregiver for Elderly in Bayan

We are hiring a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly individuals in the Bayan area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly, preferably with formal training or certification in caregiving. The caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, medication management, and companionship to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedule
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a caregiver for the elderly
- Formal training or certification in caregiving preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Valid work visa for Kuwait (visa sponsorship available)
- Must be able to provide references from previous employers
