Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glasses, and silverware
- Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand
- Sort and stack clean dishes for efficient distribution to kitchen staff

- Empty trash bins regularly and maintain overall cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
