Sales Manager - Indian Nationals (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are a fast-growing company based in Abu Dhabi, seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing our sales operations and driving growth in the English-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual targets
- Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights to improve our products and services
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our company's products and services

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid visa for working in Abu Dhabi (sponsorship available for the right candidate)
