We are currently hiring a Sales Manager for our company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales team to achieve company targets and drive growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in market conditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, trends, and best practices
- Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
