Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of land. You will use specialized equipment and software to collect and analyze data, as well as create maps and reports based on your findings. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting field surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Collecting data on land features, including elevation, boundaries, and buildings
- Analyzing survey data in order to create accurate maps and reports
- Communicating with team members and clients to discuss project requirements
- Ensuring all surveys are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and updating databases as needed
- Adhering to strict safety protocols while working in various environments

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field. Previous experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Other requirements for this position include:

- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with specialized software such as AutoCAD
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Physical stamina to carry equipment and walk long distances if necessary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. The contract will be for one year with the possibility of extension. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with free visa sponsorship and tickets.

Please note that this is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. As such, candidates who are currently residing in Ar-Ruwais or are willing to relocate immediately will be given preference.
