Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks such as maintaining records, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in accounting. The salary for this role is 1500$, and accommodation will be provided. This role is suitable for men who have a strong interest in finance and are eager to learn and grow within the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for financial analysis.
- Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Prior experience or knowledge of accounting software is an asset but not required.
