Land Surveyor

We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other important data. You will also be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to create accurate maps and reports.

Requirements:
- Must have a degree in surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
- Knowledge of surveying software and equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Biometric passport is preferred.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other important data.
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and digital levels.
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps and reports.
- Conduct research on existing land records, legal documents, and previous surveys.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate information.
- Work with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on the property.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position open for both men and women. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
