The ideal candidate will be an Indian or Malayalee national with fluency in English, and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided. Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise land surveys using various techniques including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports

- Maintain accurate records of all survey data
- Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing surveying tasks
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements

Requirements:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field is preferred
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to surveying tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and other professionals
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites as needed
