Executive Chef - African Cuisine
We are a leading restaurant in Hawalli, seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef with expertise in African cuisine. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating authentic and innovative dishes, has excellent leadership skills, and can manage a diverse team of kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting, and must have a deep understanding of African culinary traditions and ingredients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

As the Executive Chef for our African cuisine restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. This includes creating unique menus that showcase the diverse flavors and techniques of African cuisine, as well as managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed, and maintaining food safety standards.

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with your team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen. You must also have a creative approach to menu planning and be able to adapt to changing trends in the culinary world.
