Merchandiser - Retail City: Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Your role will involve collaborating with the buying team to create attractive displays, manage inventory levels, and analyze sales data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective visual merchandising strategies
- Create eye-catching product displays that align with company branding and seasonal promotions
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained by monitoring inventory and ordering new products as needed
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvements or changes in merchandising strategy
- Train store staff on how to maintain visual standards and effectively merchandise products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

Salary:
$1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
