Sales Manager for Women's Clothing Store in Nizwa


We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team at a women's clothing store in Nizwa. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our sales team, as well as driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Manage and train the sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to improve performance
- Create attractive displays and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, especially pertaining to women's clothing
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
