Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Nizwa, Oman
