As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, cold calling, and other methods.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback for improvement.

Requirements:
