Merchandiser Coordinator
The Merchandiser Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all merchandising activities within our retail store in Al-Malikiyah. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure the store's visual standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to plan and execute product displays, promotions, and events
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts with the buying team
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure visual standards are being met
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for promotional displays
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors' merchandising strategies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

$1500 per month
