Head Chef

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that cater to the preferences and dietary needs of our customers
- Monitor food inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Oversee food preparation, plating, and presentation to maintain consistent quality
- Ensure compliance with all health codes, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with management on pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Consistently experiment with new ingredients, recipes, or techniques to enhance menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary position
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of health codes and sanitation regulations
- Creativity in developing unique dishes that appeal to customer tastes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1100$ per month depending on experience.
