Job Title: Indian Cuisine Chef
We are seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and innovative dishes that showcase the flavors and techniques of Indian cuisine. You will work closely with the restaurant's management team to develop menus, source ingredients, and oversee the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menu items that reflect the authenticity of Indian cuisine
- Ensure consistent high-quality food presentation and taste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipe execution
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, special event menus, and promotions
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to create new menu items while also maintaining consistency with existing dishes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Dubai. Although we prefer candidates who are Indian nationals or have experience cooking authentic Indian cuisine, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who possess the required skills.
