Barista - Indian National - Contract with Accommodation and Visa Sponsorship in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy café in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will feel right at home in our diverse team and work environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, equipment, and floors
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the manager
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
