Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within our company in Abu Dhabi. This position is suitable for Egyptian nationals who do not require English proficiency and do not have prior experience. The salary for this role is 1500$. As an added benefit, accommodation will be provided. A biometric passport is required for this position.
Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining office records and databases, scheduling meetings and appointments, and handling incoming calls and emails. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating office events and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
