Job Title: Contract Construction Manager


We are hiring a Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Al Buraymi. This is a contract position that includes a salary of 1500$ and accommodation. We welcome candidates of all nationalities to apply for this role.

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising contractors and subcontractors, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Source materials and hire contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and government officials
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review project progress reports and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage project budgets and track expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, tools, equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
