Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs to ensure high-quality food production. You will be responsible for creating new menus, developing recipes, and maintaining high standards of food presentation. Your role will also involve managing inventory and controlling costs to meet budget targets. You must have excellent culinary skills and creativity to develop new dishes that meet the demands of our customers. You must have experience in leading a team and be able to effectively communicate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels. This position requires working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. Applicants with Bahraini nationality are preferred for this position.

Salary: 1300$ per month
