Junior Sales Manager


We are hiring a Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Manama. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by managing a team of sales representatives and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to increase our customer base and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet ambitious targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. In addition, you will have the opportunity for career growth within our company.

Location:
