We are in need of a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach company objectives
- Manage, train and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Must have valid biometric passport
- Availability to work without accommodation
