We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. This is a full-time job with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- 2+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
