Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are a reputable land surveying company based in Al Buraymi and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise locations and measurements of land, air, and water boundaries for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, plans, and reports
- Prepare legal descriptions of land for deeds, leases, or other legal documents
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.

Nationality:
This position is open to candidates from all nationalities. However, preference will be given to those who are currently residing in Al Buraymi or willing to relocate.
