Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. You should have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month with accommodation provided. Only candidates with a biometric passport will be considered. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those seeking part-time work in Dubai. Fluent English and Malayalee language skills are required for this position.
