Operations Manager - Dubai (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a rapidly growing company based in Dubai and we are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. No prior experience is required but candidates with previous experience in operations management will be given preference.
