Baker - Malayalee Cuisine Specialist
We are a renowned bakery in Bayan, known for our delicious Malayalee cuisine. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional Malayalee dishes, such as appam, puttu, and parotta. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping doughs, decorating pastries, and monitoring baking times. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant specializing in Malayalee cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Malayalee recipes and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for full-time employment.

Location:
This position is located in Bayan, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have experience with Malayalee cuisine.
