Merchandiser for Indian Nationals in Bayan


We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, who is an Indian national and does not require fluency in English. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products to be sold in our retail stores. You will work closely with suppliers, analyze market trends, and negotiate prices to ensure the best quality and value for our customers.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Merchandiser and be familiar with sourcing and buying practices. You should also have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential suppliers for products
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers

- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:
- Indian national residing in Bayan or willing to relocate
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of sourcing and buying practices
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluency in Hindi preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with retail industry trends
