We are a well-established restaurant in Manama seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality of service, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet financial targets.
- Create schedules for staff, manage payroll, and handle employee relations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train new employees on policies, procedures, and menu items.
- Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
