Construction Site Manager

As a construction site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project in Muscat. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will involve planning and coordinating work schedules, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Create and manage work schedules to meet project deadlines
- Monitor progress and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Muscat (candidate nationality/location preference is not required)

Contract Type: This is an urgent contract job with an immediate start date.
