Head Baker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and leading a team of bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new recipes for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the bakery
- Train and supervise a team of bakers to maintain high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries related to bakery products

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- Proficient in creating a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.
