As an Executive Chef at our upscale restaurant in Al Ahmadi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations. Your main focus will be on creating unique and innovative dishes that showcase our fusion of African and Egyptian cuisine with a modern twist.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Developing creative and seasonal menus that reflect our culinary vision
- Sourcing high-quality, fresh ingredients and maintaining relationships with local suppliers
- Managing food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
- Recruiting, training, and leading a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborating with the management team to plan special events, promotions, and menu changes
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into menu development

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

- A minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Strong creative flair and passion for creating unique dishes
- Knowledge of African and Egyptian cuisine is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
