Merchandiser for Indian Nationals in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. This job is specifically open for Indian nationals with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans based on market trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and placement in stores
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, products, and competitors
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory levels
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Create attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing way
- Continuously track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, visual standards, and market trends
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language (English not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
