Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays using various flowers, plants, and accessories
- Understanding clients' needs and preferences to create personalized arrangements
- Ordering and managing inventory of flowers and supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to create unique arrangements with attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Availability to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary & Benefits:
