Industrial Engineer for Manufacturing Company in Lusail



We are a leading manufacturing company in Lusail, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing and implementing new production systems and processes
- Conducting time studies to determine the most efficient work methods
- Developing and implementing quality control measures
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and developing cost reduction strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall operations
- Providing technical support to production teams when necessary
- Staying updated on industry developments and implementing best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including process optimization, quality control, and cost reduction techniques
- Proficiency in using CAD software for process design
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
