Carpenter (Expat)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry, preferably in the construction industry. As an Expat, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures, installing fixtures and fittings, and following blueprints and building plans. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail and possess good time management skills. This role also offers accommodation for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware
- Inspect existing structures to determine if repairs or renovations are needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times on construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels and levels
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month (tax-free) + accommodation provided.
