Machine Operator


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Manama. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of machinery including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders, etc.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine set up and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina as this role may require standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
