Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the kitchen in a high-end restaurant in Dubai. They will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and budget, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently delivered to customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, exceptional leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, plus accommodation provided. Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are creative, innovative, and tailored to the restaurant's concept
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary goals
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing waste
- Ensure high-quality food is consistently delivered to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred
